World’s Greatest Cruises has won two GOLDs for travel television – and a total of 7 awards - at the 46th annual Telly Awards! Not bad for the 2nd season of the first and only cruise travel TV series on PBS!

“We’re honored to be recognized with Gold awards in Travel Television in the first year we entered the Telly Awards, and to be among such esteemed peers like Nat Geo, which was also awarded a gold, and Samantha Brown’s Places to Love, which won silver in that category,” says Lynn Elmhirst, executive producer and host of World’s Greatest Cruises.
“We congratulate all those who entered and work so hard to inspire viewers with extraordinary travel stories. We also want to share our deep appreciation for our cruise partners like Seabourn and Scenic, who give us the opportunity to share the incredible tales of these unique cruise travel experiences.”
World’s Greatest Cruises continues to celebrate the wonder of exploring the world by water. We will soon wrap production on Season 3, to be delivered to PBS stations later this year, and we are already booking shoots for Season 4.
